Just copy the downloaded 0_text file to your dat directory

Optionfile
1. Unpack the Optionfile.rar File
2. Copy the Optionfile of your choice in your save folder
PES5.Exe
1. Unpack the Rar File
2. Copy the exe of your choice to your game folder.and rename it into “PES5”
Callnames
1. Unpack the Callnames.rar
2. Open your language Sound file (e_sound, etc.) with DKZ Studio.
3. Go on “Edit > Import > Import all”
4. Choose the unpacked Callnames File and click ok
5. After importing you have to save (File > Save as)
6. Save the file in your dat folder as “x_sound”
7. After saving delete your old language sound and rename the x_sound file.
Menu
1. Unpack the Rar File
2. Copy the e_text in your dat folder of PES5
Stadiumserver
You have to use kitserver 5.2.3.2

1. Uninstall your kitserver ("setup.exe" in kitserver's folder)
2. Delete your former folder "stadiums" in your kitserver's folder "...kitserver\GDB"
3. Copy the folder "stadiums" from this patch in the folder "...kitserver\GDB"
4. Reinstall kitserver ("setup.exe" in kitserver's folder)
Ballserver
You have to use kitserver 5.2.3.2
